I founded LR Design, LLC during my last year of college and have grown it into a successful woman-owned small business serving those who seek unique, custom-made art. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from The University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and a Bachelor of Religious Education Degree from The Graduate Theology Foundation (Indiana). While I love to create all different kinds of beautiful artwork, I especially enjoy repurposing and decorating used household items (furniture, windows, hardware, hinges, and knickknacks). I have a passion for creating liturgical art, including seasonal banners (Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter), altar cloths, and other items of sacramental significance.
I’m always open to new ways of highlighting the beauty of ordinary things through the fabric, fiber, beads, wood, glass, clay, tile, paint, and miscellaneous other objects. Let me show you how I can add beauty to the old, used, and treasured objects that have special meaning in your life.
